Immunocidin, mycobacterium cell wall fraction (MCWF) immunostimulant, is approved by the USDA for the treatment of mixed  mammary tumor and mammary adenocarcinoma in dogs.

Although Immunocidin is administered by intratumoral injection, the response is generalized and untreated sites frequently undergo regression as well.
